New Resources: Spotting Signs of Cancer Posters

The NHS are running a campaign to encourage people to speak to their GP if they are worried about a symptom that could be cancer.

They have produced two easy read posters.

  • a pain for 3 weeks or more
  • a new lump
  • blood in your poo or wee

Click here to download “Spotting signs of abdominal cancer”

An easy read poster/flyer encouraging people to see their doctor if they have one of the commonest signs or symptoms of abdominal cancer and what to look out for:

  • an uncomfortable or painful stomach
  • feeling bloated
  • diarrhoea or runny poo

It might not be anything serious, but if it is cancer, finding it early makes it easier to treat.

Speak to your doctor. They are here to see you safely.
