We are recruiting for a new part-time Health Project Manager role (0.8FTE) to join our team.
The role is for 28 hours/ week. Location is hybrid (with at least one day/ week based in our Wandsworth office & occasional days at other London locations).
Working alongside a small team of trainers and consultants with lived experience, you will oversee the co-design and co-delivery of a portfolio of projects:
- trainings: health and inclusion, for health and social care professionals, and for people with learning disabilities,
- consultation and assessment of health services/ resources,
- co-production of accessible health resources for health and social care,
- and the management of www.easyhealth.org.uk (platform, memberships and online communication).
